The Edgewater Casino is located in Downtown Vancouver at the Plaza of Nations. This convenient location makes for an excellent destination for many tourists, many with loose pockets.

Most evenings the casino will be packed, sometimes to the point where you may a bit of a wait time to sit down at a table. For example, when the 2008 BCPC was in town at the River Rock Casino Resort, the wait time for a table was around the 200 person mark!
That’s a wait time of over two hours for a casino that’s half-way across town!
These are extreme circumstances mind you, but I’m sure it gives you an idea of just how popular this place is.
Just look at this view… absolutely stunning.
Most recently, the Edgewater Casino’s poker room has been moved due to construction and is now located outside of the casino entirely. Yup, you heard me right… it’s in the building across from the casino right beside the Gossip Night Club. I know it’s only temporary while they renovate the poker room, but for now things might be a little quieter than usual.
Regardless of where the poker room is, the Edgewater Casino is a must visit for those visiting Vancouver, or those locals who just haven’t even been.
