Last year I broke the news on when the BCPC was happening, and what the events were going to be. This year, I’m digging deep and giving my visitors the information they need to satellite into the BCPC.

River Rock Casino BCPC Satellites

 
$1,100 Event
Multi-Table Super Satellites

$120 buy-in ($110 + $10)

  • Awards one event entry for every 10 participants
  • @12pm on October 17, 24, 31 and November 7 & 14
  • These are all Sundays for those of you playing along at home…

 
Single Table “Sit and Go” Satellites
These tournaments have no set schedule and start as soon as enough players have signed up for them
 
$120 buy-in / 10 Players
First place receives entry
 
$230 buy-in / 10 Players
First and Second place receive entry
 
 
$2,700 Main Event
Multi-table Super Satellites

$200 buy-in ($180 + $20)

  • Awards one entry for every 15 players
  • @12pm on October 16, 23, 30 and Nov 6, 13 & 24
  • Like the other super satellites, these are happening every Saturday up until the BCPC

 
Single Table “Sit and Go” Satellites
These tournaments have no set schedule and start as soon as enough players have signed up for them

$290 buy-in / 10 Players
First place receives entry to the Main Event

$560 buy-in / 10 Players
First and Second places receive entry to the Main Event
 
 
Doh! Only the River Rock is holding satellites to the BC Poker Championship this year (not even their affiliate casino Boulevard!). It looks like the Edgewater casino is doing their own thing.
 

BC Poker Championship Event Schedule

Event #1: $500+$50 No Limit Holdem

$7,500 Starting Chips
154 Players + Alternates for each “day 1″ Alternates are players who can buy in as players bust out only during the first blind level
30 min blind levels

Day 1a: Friday November 19th @12pm
Day 1b: Saturday November 20th @12pm
Both days will play down for 14 levels

Day 2: Sunday November 21st @12pm

Event #2: $1000+$100 No Limit Holdem

$10,000 Starting Chips
550 Players + Alternates for day 1 as explained above
40 min blind levels

Day 1: Monday November 22nd @12pm
Players will play down for 11 levels

Day 2: Tuesday November 23rd @12pm

Main Event: $2500+$200 No Limit Holdem

$15,000 Starting Chips
550 Players + Alternates for day 1 as explained above
60 min blind levels

Day 1: Thursday November 25th @12pm
Day 2: Friday November 25th @12pm
Day 3: Saturday November 25th @12pm
Each day will play down for 7 levels

Day 4: Sunday November 28rd @12pm
Final table! Players play down until a champion is announced
